World tastes are creatively blended with Asian spices to create uniquely delicious recipes.

Banyan is a 'dream come true'. It is a dream built by a couple (Asli & Cem) who have a strong passion for food and desire to create.. And a group of 'dream-holders' who believed in this dream and provided all the emotional and financial support they needed. (Chris and Nadine- Belgium, Michael-Japan, Una and Rodney-Ireland/S.Africe, Khalil –USA, Didem, Selin and Dilek from Turkey are the dream holders).

Banyan is known for its' unique, creative food and drinks. Seabass wrapped in a banana leaf, Sichuan pepper steak, Asian beef, chicken or duck satays served on mini charcoal bbq, variety of steamed Chinese 'Dim Sums', Asian Fusion tea with kakule and dried orange slices, vodka with fresh pomegranate juice are just a few samples from the menu.

Banyan is known for its' healthy food. Its' famous home-made bread, special sauces that are prepared with all fresh ingredients, mostly preferred 'grill' and 'wok' cooking techniques, juices prepared with the freshest fruits and vegetables, great variety of healing tea selections are all comparable to the quality of home cooking.

Banyan is a place wishing to share the simple pleasures of life through food..
Pleasures we have tasted, pleasures we have seen and heard, pleasures we have experienced. Sometimes a simple plant coming from distant lands, a photograph that we hang on our wall, a special song that we play, a small accessory that we have brought from far far away are there accompanying your meal with the hope of making your experience at Banyan a little more special..
