Rules & Regulations 

 -Our restaurant is open every day between 12:00 - 02:00 hrs. 

-Last order from our a la carte menu can be placed until 22:15 on week days, and until 22:45 on Fridays and Saturdays. 

-After last order time, our guests can order from the Nite Bites Menu until 23.30. 

-We can only serve from the Bar Snack Menu to our bar guests. 

-We only accept guests over the age of 6 during the day, and we only accept guests over the age of 12 from 18:00 hrs. 

- Your table will be held for a maximum of 20 minutes from the reservation time. Please call us in case of an unexpected situation. 

- You can use the parking lot or the valet service of Radisson Blu Bosphorus Hotel next to our restaurant. 

-Our restaurant is located on the second floor of the historical Fescizade building and there is no elevator. 

-We cannot call a taxi to our restaurant due to the traffic in Ortakoy area. 

-We cannot accept pets in our restaurant. 

-We cannot accept balloons and similar decorations for birthdays, celebrations and special occasions. 

-We cannot allow professional camera shooting in our restaurant. 

-Please notify us of your food allergy or special dietary restrictions 48 hours in advance at info@banyanrestaurant.com or our WhatsApp line at +90 533 481 05 19. Otherwise, we will not be able to meet your off-menu requirement at the service time. 

- If you choose to bring a celebration cake, a service fee of 250 TL per person will be applied. 

Dress Code

 -Casual Chic. In summer season, dress shorts and shirts are allowed. Sporting and beach wear and slippers are not accepted.
